Commissioners’ CDBG hearing today
Seneca County commissioners are to meet in a work session at 9:30 a.m. today.
At 10 a.m., the board is to meet in regular session and at 10:30 a.m. is to hold a public hearing for the Community Development Block Grant.
The board also is planning a special meeting regarding EMS at 8 a.m. April 5 at the Public Safety Building, 126 Hopewell Ave. For more information, call (419) 447-4550.
In other business, the board is to discuss:
A supplemental appropriation of $44,500 for the Recorder Equipment Fund.
A resolution authorizing fund transfers of $32,133 from the Bridge Rehabilitation CR 12/38/592 Fund to M&R Fund.
A supplemental appropriation of $32,133 to Bridge CR 12/38/592 Rehabilitation Fund.
A resolution authorizing fund advance repayment of $248,000 from the Bridge CR12/38/592 Rehabilitation Fund and CR 38 Bridge Replacement to the Maintenance and Repair Fund.
A resolution authorizing fund transfers of $14,575.60 to the Ambulance Service Fund.
A supplemental appropriation of $108,979.53 for the General Fund.
A supplemental appropriation of $54,575.60 for the Ambulance Service Fund.
A resolution authorizing the president of the board to prepare and submit an application to participate in the Ohio Public Works Commission State Capital Improvement and/or Local Transportation Improvement Programs and execute contracts as required for Issue 1- Round 28 for Seneca County.
A resolution appointing Ohio Attorney General Special Prosecutor Mike DeWine regarding a criminal prosecution and/or criminal representation of a criminal matter of law and any of his assistant attorney generals as he shall determine.
A resolution amending the system of establishing a county-appointed counsel and establishing a fee schedule, effective with the submission of bills of the court on or after Jan. 1.
