Colin J. Marshall, 20, was arrested and charged with two counts of unauthorized use of a vehicle, a first-degree misdemeanor, two counts of receiving stolen property, a first-degree misdemeanor, and tampering with evidence, a third-degree felony, after police found evidence at his residence linking him to two vehicle thefts reported within the last few days, Lt. Mark Marquis of the Tiffin Police Department said.
The search warrant was conducted at 107 W. Perry St. Thursday evening, according to Tiffin Police reports.
Marquis said both vehicles have been recovered. He said it appeared Marshall had taken the vehicles for the purpose of joy-riding.
