Fostoria woman turns herself in

A Fostoria woman turned herself in at the Seneca County Sheriff’s Office this week after she was indicted by a grand jury on several drug-related charges.

Sarah Crane, 25, faces charges of trafficking in heroin, trafficking in cocaine, possession of criminal tools and endangering children after a Seneca County grand jury indicted her last week, according to court documents.

The grand jury also found that the drug trafficking charges occurred within 100 feet of a juvenile and that six cell phones, a laptop, a GPS and $775 are subject to forfeiture because they were allegedly used in the commission of the offenses.

Law enforcement had conducted a drug-related search warrant at Crane’s Columbus Avenue residence in August where suspected heroin, suspected crack cocaine, criminal tools, drug paraphernalia and money were found.

Lamar Cartlidge, 33, who lived at the same residence, also was indicted last week, according to court documents. He faces two counts of trafficking in heroin, two counts of trafficking in cocaine, two counts of endangering children and one count of possession of criminal tools.
