Tiffin man pleads not guilty in burglary charge
A 20-year-old Tiffin man arrested in August after he was found inside of a closet after allegedly breaking into a residence pleaded not guilty to a burglary charge this week.
Bond also was continued for Matthew E. Lands, who was charged with the second-degree felony charge after breaking into a West Crestview Lane. His case had been bound over to Seneca Common Pleas Court from Tiffin Municipal Court following his arrest.
Lands, the boyfriend of the residents’ daughter, was located by the homeowner in a closet. Keys to the homeowner’s car and credit cards were found on him.
