Fall fish fry offered

The Seneca County Commission on Aging is to serve its final fall fish fry for the year from 5-8 p.m. Nov. 8 at Somerset Reception Hall, 382 Huron St.

The menu includes all-you-can-eat walleye, hot food bar, salad bar, dessert and beverages. Tickets are $7.50 in advance, $8 at the door and $4 for children.

Dinner to benefit youth

REPUBLIC – St. Aloysius Knights of Columbus are to serve a steak dinner at 6 p.m. Nov. 14 in Republic Town Hall.

Tickets must be purchased by Nov. 9 at $11. Proceeds are to sponsor participants going to the March For Life in Washington, D.C., and the K of C Youth Fund.

Craft festival approaches

SYCAMORE – Mohawk High School is to have its annual craft festival 9 a.m.-3 p.m. Nov. 16 at the school, SR 231, north of Sycamore.

Friedman Village to host bingo

Friedman Village at St. Francis plans to host free community bingo 2-4 p.m. Nov. 8. Snacks are to be provided.

Prizes from community organizations will be the prizes. Bingo is to be in the assisted living facility, 175 St. Francis Ave.

Art on display in Findlay

Judges Melissa Eddings Mancuso and William Mancuso have selected the winners of the Findlay Art League’s Annual Juried Show. A public reception for the artists is 5-9 p.m. Friday.

The Juried Show is to run Nov. 1-23. Regular galley hours are 11 a.m.-2 p.m. Wednesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays and Fridays.

The Gaslight Gallery, 117 E. Crawford St., Findlay, is to have a reception 5-9 p.m. Friday to open “Glass Treasures,” a show by Beth Ziss.

The pieces on view and for sale include stained glass, fused glass jewelry, art glass bowls and kiln-formed portraiture. Her work is to remain on display through Nov. 30.

Dinner to be served

PLYMOUTH – St. Joseph Church, 117 Sandusky St., Plymouth, is to serve a turkey and roast beef dinner 11 a.m.-2 p.m. Saturday.
