Car grazes pedestrian
A woman was injured when a vehicle brushed against her while she was walking on TR 62 at TR 181 in Bloom Township Sunday afternoon.
Deputy Justin Nowak of Seneca County Sheriff’s Office said the vehicle continued out of the area. Theresa A. Parkins, 35, of Bloomville, sustained minor injuries and was taken by Bloomville EMS to Mercy Tiffin Hospital, he said.
Nowak said Parkins, who could not give a good description of what had happened, remembered walking along TR 62 when a vehicle came through the intersection. The vehicle brushed against her and forced her off the roadway, causing her to fall into a ditch, Nowak said.
The driver of the vehicle was described as a white male. The vehicle was described as an older model maroon Camaro, Nowak said.
