Affordable Care Act Exchange Notices

All Model Exchange Notices that employers must supply to their employees for the Affordable Care Act must be distributed by Oct. 1. All employers are required to distribute the notice to all employees regardless of whether they are covered under the health plan or not.

Employees are required to know starting Jan. 1, the law requires almost everyone who is a legal U.S. resident to have health coverage or they will pay a penalty.
