Woman pleads guilty in robbery

A Fostoria woman was sentenced to 48 months in prison this week after she pleaded guilty to charges of robbery, complicity to forgery and complicity to receiving stolen property.

Robyn M. Lundy, 31, was indicted on the charges in connection with a robbery at Circle K in Fostoria and the use of stolen checks at IGA in Tiffin last year.

During her appearance, she also was ordered to pay $1030.39 in restitution to Great Scott, IGA and Circle K, according to court documents.

Lundy was arrested along with Brian A. Steward, 32, of Cygnet, following a vehicle pursuit from IGA on East Market Street into downtown Tiffin in September.

Steward had just used stolen checks at IGA prior to the vehicle pursuit.

Steward was sentenced to eight years in prison last month on charges of failure to comply, forgery and receiving stolen property.
