Man guilty in aggravated burglary
A jury found a Tiffin man guilty of aggravated burglary and domestic violence after a two-day trial last week.
Wesley A. Dirmeyer, 25, was found guilty of trespassing in an occupied structure and causing physical harm to a family or house hold member January 14, according to court documents.
Jurors found Dirmeyer previously convicted of domestic violence.
Dirmeyer pleaded not guilty on the charges in early March.
A pre-sentence investigation has been ordered for the aggravated burglary conviction, a first-degree felony and the domestic violence conviction, a fourth-degree felony.
