Grandillo resigns presidency

SHEBOYGAN, Wis. – Michael Grandillo, formerly Tiffin University’s vice president for development and public affairs, has been serving as Lakeland College’s president for less than nine months. The college announced Tuesday that Gradillo had submitted his resignation to the college’s board of trustees.

This morning, he said his resignation was due philosophical differences. He declined to elaborate on why he resigned.

Grandillo succeeded Stephen Gould, who was named Lakeland’s president in 1998, and he was the school’s 15th president.
