Fostoria man pleads not guilty
A former Fostoria resident accused of endangering, kidnapping and having sexual contact with a 1-year-old child in 2011 pleaded not guilty to the charges Thursday in court.
Randall J. Daley, 26, who faces four counts of endangering children, one count of gross sexual imposition and one count of kidnapping, also had his $1 million bond continued Thursday, a court spokeswoman said.
Daley was arrested last month in Wisconsin after being indicted on the charges last year. According to his indictment, Daley allegedly created a substantial risk to the health or safety of a 1-year-old child that resulted in serious physical harm in July 2011 in Seneca County. He also allegedly restrained the child with purpose to engage in sexual activity.
