• Brody A. Runion, 23, of Tiffin, was charged with a Financial Responsibility Act suspension Friday.

• A first-block South Monroe Street resident reported Sunday afternoon the theft of a bicycle.

• An assault was reported in the 100 block of South Washington Street Sunday afternoon.

• A person reported Sunday evening a previous tenant in the 100 block of South Monroe Street had been breaking into the apartment to sleep and shower.

• A woman in the 600 block of West Market Street reported an assault Monday morning.

• A 200-block East Market Street man reported Monday morning the screen was cut on his window, and a television and gaming systems were stolen from the apartment.

• A 1000-block Lincoln Avenue resident reported Sunday evening stolen property.

• A 600-block Northview Drive resident reported Monday morning sexual activity between a juvenile daughter and a 19-year-old man.

• An employee of Kroger, 126 W. High St., reported Monday morning finding a counterfeit bill.

• A 600-block Broadway Street man reported Monday morning equipment was stolen.

• A 500-block Ohio Avenue resident reported a telephone scam Monday afternoon.

• A person reported Monday afternoon fraud claims through a business.

Tiffin accidents

• A two-vehicle accident was reported at South Sandusky and Ella streets Sunday night.

• Theresa M. Dysard, 48, of Tiffin, was cited with a red-light violation after an accident at East Market and Jefferson streets Monday morning.

• A citation of improper lane change was issued after a two-vehicle, non-injury accident at Boehler and West Perry streets Monday morning.

• A two-vehicle, non-injury accident was reported on East Market Street Monday afternoon.

• Bryon D. Omlor, 58, of Fostoria, was cited with failure to control after an accident on Sandusky Street June 2. He was taken by Fostoria Fire Division to ProMedica Fostoria Community Hospital.

• Armando A. Gualito, 29, of Texas, was cited with failure to yield-private drive after an accident on West Jones Road Friday afternoon.

• Christina Jessica Nicole Sherbrook, 21, of Findlay, was cited with improper lane change after an accident at Mid-Block and West Crocker Street Friday afternoon.

• Nicholas W. Brose, 33, of New Riegel, was cited with improper backing after an accident at Elm and North Countyline streets Friday afternoon.

• Tiffin Fire Rescue Division responded to a citizen complaint at 25 Scott St. Monday morning.

• Tiffin Fire Rescue Division responded to an alarm system activation at 28 Hopewell Ave. Monday afternoon. There was no fire, and it was unintentional.
