• Mylan J. Mattox, 39, of Bettsville, was charged with operating a vehicle while intoxicated, no operator’s license, an OVI suspension and driving under suspension Tuesday.

• A 5000-block North TR 63 resident reported Wednesday morning the theft of a vehicle.

• Sachin Sathyanarayana, 29, of Findlay, was charged with operating a vehicle while intoxicated and an equipment regulation violation Tuesday.

• Tobias C. Marin, 26, of Bellevue, was charged with a Financial Responsibility Act suspension and drug abuse instruments Tuesday.

• Juliana A. Sanchez, 21, of Fostoria, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana Tuesday.

• A citation was issued after a non-injury accident on North Union Street Tuesday evening.

• A citation of failure to yield was issued after an injury accident at West Lytle and South Union streets Wednesday afternoon.

• Tiffin Fire Rescue Division responded to a smoke detector activation at 78 Shaffer Park Drive Tuesday evening. There was no fire, and it was unintentional.

• Tiffin Fire Rescue Division responded to a detector activation at 106 E. Market St. Wednesday morning. There was no fire, and it was unintentional.

• Tiffin Fire Rescue Division responded to a carbon monoxide incident at 95 Liberty St. Wednesday morning.
