• Jacey M. Feasel, 28, of Tiffin, was charged with driving under suspension Friday.

• Billy J. Bright, 31, of Tiffin, was charged with driving under suspension Friday.

• John C. Fritz, 40, of Fostoria, was charged with a protection order violation after an incident in March.

County reports

• Cassie L. Goodin, 27, of Tiffin, was charged with two counts of dog at-large Friday.

• Paul A. Collins, 58, of Tiffin, was charged with an operating a vehicle while intoxicated suspension, open container, failure to reinstate and a Financial Responsibility Act suspension Friday.

Tiffin accidents

• Doyle E. Williams, 70, of Tiffin, was cited with failure to control after an accident on Melissa Street Monday morning.

• Jane M. Schreiner, 74, of Tiffin, was cited with assured clear distance ahead after an accident on Washington Street Monday morning.

• Danny E. Schirack, 61, of Tiffin, was cited with assured clear distance ahead after an accident on Market Street Monday morning.

State Patrol

• Samantha J. Goddard, 27, of Fostoria, was charged with marijuana possession and possession of drug paraphernalia Friday.

• Martale C. Hudson, 18, of Elyria, was cited with failure to control after an accident on SR 18 Monday morning.

Fostoria accident

• Four people — Timothy A. Ash, 67, and Deanna D. Ash, 66, both of Fostoria, and Timothy S. Ragle, 54, and Christine J. Ragle, 45, both of Tiffin — were taken by Fostoria Fire Division to ProMedica Fostoria Community Hospital after an accident on Columbus Avenue May 9.

Fire

• NBS fire and EMS and the Echo unit responded to a grain truck on fire at CR 6 and US 23 Monday morning.

EMS

• Bloomville EMS and fire and the Echo unit had a squad run Sunday evening.

• Tiffin Fire Rescue Division had one squad run Sunday night, one squad run early Monday morning and one squad run Monday morning. Sycamore fire assisted Sunday night.

• North Central EMS and Green Springs fire had one squad run early Monday morning, one squad run Monday morning and one squad run Monday afternoon.

• Republic EMS and fire and the Echo unit responded to a single-vehicle rollover accident at SR 18 and TR 124 Monday morning. There was no transport to a hospital.

• Bascom EMS, Bettsville fire and the Echo unit had a squad run Monday afternoon.

• Tiffin Fire Rescue Division and Clinton fire responded to a two-vehicle accident at CR 13 and SR 101 Monday afternoon. There was no transport to a hospital.
