• Sara D. Dendinger, 26, of Bellevue, was charged with disorderly conduct Monday.

• Clinton A. Klasen, 29, of Green Springs, was charged with disorderly conduct Monday.

• A person reported early Tuesday morning a front door was kicked in in the 1000 block of North TR 47.

• A person from Seneca East School, 13343 E. US 224, reported Tuesday afternoon an inappropriate picture circulating on cell phones.

• Meca A. Mason, 40, of Fostoria, was charged with a Financial Responsibility Act suspension Monday.

• Austin C. Kidwell, 22, of Fostoria, was charged with a Financial Responsibility Act suspension Monday.

• Joshua R. Banks, 30, of Fostoria, was charged with driving under suspension and failure to reinstate Monday.

• Orlando A. Dyer Martinez, 32, of Fostoria, was charged with failure to reinstate and possession of marijuana Monday.

• Maynard F. Eatherton III, 55, of Fostoria, was cited with improper backing after an accident on South Street Thursday afternoon.

• Jacob C. Kessler, 61, of Fostoria, was cited with improper lane change after an accident at Midblock and West Lytle Street Monday afternoon.

• A citation of improper backing was issued after a two-vehicle, non-injury accident on South Main Street Tuesday afternoon.

• A citation of failure to yield was issued after a two-vehicle, non-injury accident at North Countyline Street and Plaza Drive Tuesday afternoon.

Fire

• Green Springs fire and North Central EMS responded to a carbon monoxide alarm at 8540 N. TR 169 Monday evening.

• Kansas fire and Bascom EMS responded to a bedroom smoke detector alarm at 6278 N. SR 635 Monday night. Bascom fire was on standby.

• Tiffin Fire Rescue Division responded to 93 Greenfield St. Tuesday morning for steam or other gas mistaken for smoke.

EMS

• Tiffin Fire Rescue Division had three squad runs Monday afternoon, three squad runs Monday night, four squad runs early Tuesday morning, one squad run Tuesday morning and one squad run Tuesday afternoon. Clinton fire assisted once Monday night and once early Tuesday morning.

• North Central EMS and Green Springs fire had one squad run Monday evening and one squad run early Tuesday morning.

• North Central EMS, Old Fort fire and Tiffin Fire Rescue Division had a squad run Tuesday morning.
