• Neil V. Morgan, 33, of Tiffin, was charged with operating a vehicle while intoxicated Friday.

• Brock A. Giacalone, 33, of Findlay, was charged with marijuana possession, marijuana paraphernalia and operating a vehicle while intoxicated Friday.

• A 200-block East Market Street man reported a vehicle was entered and a wallet was stolen Friday afternoon.

• A 100-block East Perry Street woman reported the theft of a wallet from a vehicle Friday afternoon.

• Jeffery W. Sellers, 48, of Xenia, was charged with operating a vehicle while intoxicated Saturday.

• A 200-block Huss Street person reported a theft from a vehicle early Saturday morning.

• A 500-block East Perry Street man reported Saturday morning a power drill was stolen from a truck.

• A 100-block Douglas Street woman reported a wallet and purse was taken from her vehicle Saturday morning.

County reports

• A person at Eden Springs, 401 N. Broadway St., reported a theft from residents Friday evening.

• A 4000-block South TR 22 man reported a scam Saturday afternoon.

Fostoria report

• A 1000-block Cory Street man reported a man tried to cash a check at a bank in Indiana Friday morning.

Tiffin accident

• A citation of improper right turn to private drive was issued after a two-vehicle, non-injury accident on West Market Street Saturday morning.

County accident

• A citation of failure to control was issued after a single-vehicle rollover accident on North CR 21 Saturday morning.

Fostoria accidents

• William C. Hoffert, 29, of Bloomville, was cited with assured clear distance ahead after an accident at East Lytle Street and Columbus Avenue Wednesday afternoon.

• A citation of assured clear distance ahead was issued after a two-vehicle accident at Mid-block and West Lytle Street Saturday afternoon.

Fire

• Tiffin Fire Rescue Division responded to a rescue or EMS standby at 300 S. Monroe St. Friday evening.

• Tiffin Fire Rescue Division was dispatched and cancelled enroute to 60 N. SR 101 Friday night.

• Tiffin Fire Rescue Division responded to a rescue or EMS standby at 491 Coe. St. Saturday morning.

• Tiffin Fire Rescue Division and Clinton fire responded to an oil or other combustible liquid spill at 575 E. SR 18 Saturday morning.

EMS

• Tiffin Fire Rescue Division had one squad run Friday evening, four squad runs Friday night, two squad runs Saturday morning and four squad runs Saturday afternoon. Clinton fire assisted Friday evening and Friday night.

• Bascom EMS and fire, the Echo unit and Life Flight had a squad run Friday afternoon.

• North Central EMS and Green Springs fire had a squad run Friday evening.

• North Central EMS and Green Springs fire responded to a single-vehicle rollover accident on North CR 21 Saturday morning. There was no transport.
