• Samantha R. Ferrell, 32, of Fremont, was charged with theft Wednesday.

• Sharon A. Harris, 62, of Tiffin, was charged with disorderly conduct Wednesday.

• Tyler J. Kelly, 21, of Tiffin, was charged with a Financial Responsibility Act suspension Wednesday.

• A first-block Erie Street woman reported a woman took her car without permission and without a valid license Wednesday night.

• A person at Mercy Health – Tiffin Hospital, 45 St. Lawrence Drive, reported missing or stolen bags Thursday morning.

County reports

• Dakota P. Burgess, 21, of Tiffin, was charged with disorderly conduct Wednesday.

• Rebekah L. Colburn, 18, of Tiffin, was charged with disorderly conduct Wednesday.

• A 10000-block West TR 116 man reported the theft of a key out of a tractor Thursday morning.

Tiffin accident

• A citation of failure to yield from an alley was issued after a four-vehicle accident at Jefferson and Main streets Thursday morning.

State Patrol

• Leonard Robinson, 38, of Cleveland, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and operating a vehicle while intoxicated Wednesday.

Fostoria accident

• A citation was issued after an accident on South Main Street Thursday afternoon.

Fire

• Tiffin Fire Rescue Division responded to an alarm system that sounded due to malfunction at 310 E. Market St. Wednesday afternoon.

• Tiffin Fire Rescue Division responded to a lock-out at 380 Clinton Avenue Wednesday night.

• Green Springs fire and North Central EMS responded to a ballast that burnt in the ceiling at 401 N. Broadway St. Thursday morning.

• Tiffin Fire Rescue Division responded to a smoke detector activation at 77 Greenfield St. Thursday afternoon. There was no fire, and it was unintentional.

EMS

• Tiffin Fire Rescue Division had two squad runs Wednesday afternoon, two squad runs Wednesday evening, four squad runs Wednesday night, four squad runs Thursday morning and one squad run Thursday afternoon. Clinton fire assisted Wednesday night.

• North Central EMS and Green Springs fire had a squad run Wednesday night.

• NBS EMS and fire and the Echo unit had a squad run Thursday morning.
