• Joseph A. Burdine, 32, of Tiffin, was charged with violating a protection order Monday.

• Joshua S. Eastmann, 38, of Tiffin, was charged with disorderly conduct and possession of controlled substances Monday.

• A person from Walmart, 2801 W. SR 18, reported a shoplifter Monday afternoon.

• A person reported Monday afternoon finding needles in the basement of a building in the 400 block of North Washington Street.

• A person reported Monday afternoon the theft of a phone from Circle K, 272 N. Sandusky St.

• A person reported Monday evening the theft of items from the 200 block of East Perry Street.

• A woman reported Monday night former residents in the 200 block of East Perry Street took items that belonged to her.

• A first-block Ash Street woman reported early Tuesday morning someone was throwing rocks at her house.

County reports

• Gregory A. Straub, 56, of Sycamore, was charged with disorderly conduct Monday.

• A person reported Tuesday morning a theft from a farm market stand at 5553 W. SR 18.

• A 1000-block East Wood Street man reported property damage Tuesday afternoon.

Fostoria reports

• Michael R. Rathburn Jr., 42, of Fostoria, was charged with a Financial Responsibility Act suspension and speed Monday.

• Marcia M. Zachrich, 27, of Fostoria, was charged with driving under suspension and no operator’s license Monday.

• Joshua R. Banks, 30, of Fostoria, was charged with a Financial Responsibility Act suspension Monday.

• Larry A. Tucker, 47, of Fostoria, was charged with a Financial Responsibility Act suspension Monday.

• Matthew E. James, 32, of Fostoria, was charged with driving under suspension Monday.

• A woman reported Monday afternoon being assaulted by a 1000-block North Countyline Street resident.

State Patrol

• Antoine M. Mccoy, 40, of Toledo, was charged with operating a vehicle while intoxicated, a Financial Responsibility Act suspension and traffic control light Monday.

• Gabriel Galan, 20, of Fostoria, was charged with operating a vehicle while intoxicated and failure to yield Monday.

Fostoria accidents

• A 300-block Sumner Street man reported Monday afternoon someone drove through his yard and damaged the yard and landscaping logs.

• Citations were issued after a two-vehicle, non-injury accident at North Town and Sandusky streets Monday evening.

EMS

• Tiffin Fire Rescue Division had one squad run Monday afternoon, one squad run Monday evening and two squad runs Tuesday morning. It covered an assignment Monday evening.

• Republic EMS and fire and the Echo unit had a squad run Monday night.

• North Central EMS had two squad runs Tuesday morning.

• Attica-Venice-Reed EMS and Attica-Venice-Reed fire had a squad run Tuesday morning.
