• Scott E. Nye, 39, of Tiffin, was charged with domestic violence and possession of drug paraphernalia Wednesday.

• A first-block Allen Street man reported Thursday morning he was assaulted early.

• A first-block South Monroe Street man reported a stolen bicycle Thursday morning.

County reports

• Norfolk Southern Railroad, of Bellevue, was charged with blocked railroad crossing Wednesday.

• Shaquiel L. Taylor, 27, of Fostoria, was charged with disorderly conduct Wednesday.

• An 8000-block South SR 587 man reported the unauthorized use of his vehicle Wednesday evening.

• An 8000-block South SR 587 man reported Wednesday evening he was assaulted several times by his brother.

• A 6000-block South SR 587 man reported Wednesday night he found his house was broken into and guns, television, a security system and other items were missing after returning from vacation.

• A 1000-block Buckley Street man reported Thursday morning another man tore up his fence and threw some of his chairs around then he drove off to work after calling him profane names.

• A 10000-block West Axeline Street person reported a stolen bicycle Thursday morning.

• A 4000-block North CR 11 person reported the theft of money Thursday afternoon.

Fostoria report

• A person reported a break-in at the old elementary building in the 300 block of North Wood Street Thursday morning.

Tiffin accident

• A citation of assured clear distance ahead after a two-vehicle, non injury accident on East Market Street Wednesday afternoon.

State Patrol

• Sherry A. Toland, 53, of Tiffin, was charged with driving under suspension and speed Wednesday.

• Mollie Miller, 26, of Toledo, was charged with possession of marijuana and open container Wednesday.

• Ashly N. Cassady, 28, of Toledo, was charged with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia Wednesday.

Fostoria accident

• A citation of reasonable control was issued after a three-vehicle accident at Bulger Avenue and South Town Street Wednesday evening.

Fire

• Tiffin Fire Rescue Division responded to a smoke detector activation at 116 Greenfield St. Thursday afternoon. There was no fire, and it was unintentional.

EMS

• Tiffin Fire Rescue Division had one squad run Wednesday evening, one squad run Thursday morning and one squad run Thursday afternoon.

• NBS EMS, Sycamore fire and the Echo unit had a squad run Wednesday night.

• Republic EMS and fire and the Echo unit had a squad run Wednesday night.
