• Keith M. Marker, 26, of Fostoria, was charged with a Financial Responsibility Act suspension Monday.

• Charles J. Smith, 34, of Fostoria, was charged with an operating a vehicle while intoxicated suspension, hit-skip, a Financial Responsibility Act suspension and failure to control Monday.

• Teresa A. Howell, 46, of Fostoria, was charged with theft Monday.

• James C. Harris, 41, of Fostoria, was charged with loud sound Monday.

• Patrick F. Higgins, 40, of Fostoria, was charged with a Financial Responsibility Act suspension and an equipment regulation violation Monday.

• Johnathan M. Thorp, 26, of Fostoria, was charged with a Financial Responsibility Act suspension Monday.

• A 200-block Bricker Street man reported Monday evening his truck was broken into and a screwdriver set and medication were taken.

• An 800-block Bugner Street boy reported Monday evening he was assaulted by a youth with a bat.

• A 200-block South Union Street woman reported Monday night her house was broken into and pain medication was taken.

• Drug paraphernalia was found in the 200 block of Atha Avenue Tuesday morning.

County accident

• A two-vehicle, non-injury accident was reported at Cherry Avenue and South Washington Street Monday evening.

State Patrol

• Christopher R. Capehart, 22, of Fostoria, was charged with operating a vehicle while intoxicated Monday.

• Ashly N. Cassady, 28, of Toledo, was charged with a Financial Responsibility Act suspension Monday.

• An injury accident occurred on North SR 587 Monday afternoon.

• An injury accident occurred at SR 4 and TR 44 Monday evening.

• A vehicle struck a police cruiser on Davoli Street Monday evening.

• A non-injury accident occurred at SR 162 and CR 29 Tuesday afternoon.

Fostoria accident

• A two-vehicle, non-injury accident was reported on West Center Street Tuesday afternoon.

Fire

• Tiffin Fire Rescue Division responded to a kitchen fire at 32 Orange St. Monday evening. The fire was out when the crew arrived.

• Tiffin Fire Rescue Division responded to an extension cord fire at 80 Hopewell Ave. Monday evening.

• Sycamore fire and Tiffin Fire Rescue Division were called to a residential fire alarm at 340 E. CR 16 Tuesday afternoon.

EMS

• Bascom EMS and fire and the Echo unit responded to an accident on North SR 587 Monday afternoon. A transport was made to ProMedica Fostoria Community Hospital.

• Attica-Venice-Reed EMS, Attica-Venice-Reed fire, Bloomville EMS and the Echo unit responded to an accident at SR 4 and TR 44 Monday evening. Transports were made to Bucyrus Community Hospital.

• Tiffin Fire Rescue Division had one squad run Monday evening, one squad run Monday night, one squad run Tuesday morning and three squad runs Tuesday afternoon.

• NBS EMS and fire and the Echo unit had a squad run Monday night.

• Attica-Venice-Reed EMS, Attica-Venice-Reed fire and the Echo unit responded to an accident at SR 162 and CR 29 Tuesday afternoon. There was no transport.
