• Jeffrey L. Williams Jr., 42, of Tiffin, was charged with operating a vehicle while intoxicated Monday.

• A person from Seneca County Emergency Management Agency reported Monday afternoon vandalism at the public safety building, 126 Hopewell Ave.

• A person from Walmart, 2801 W. SR 18, reported a shoplifter Monday evening.

• Theft was reported in the 100 block of Minerva Street Tuesday morning.

• A person from Great Lakes Ace Hardware, 1550 W. Market St., reported Tuesday morning the theft of a carpet shampooer.

County reports

• Cecil J. Beard, 67, of Attica, was charged with aggravated menacing Monday.

• Brandon K. Morelock, 35, of Fostoria, was charged with telephone harassment Monday.

• Michelle L. Morelock, 36, of Fostoria, was charged with assault Monday.

• Atina L. Perkins, 43, of Fostoria, was charged with a 12-point suspension, failure to reinstate and a traffic lanes violation Monday.

• An 8000-block South SR 231 resident reported Tuesday morning a car was stolen.

• A person reported Tuesday morning a vehicle was stolen from Days Inn, 1927 S. SR 53.

• A 4000-block North TR 47 resident reported a scam Tuesday afternoon.

Fostoria reports

• Madison J. Mccarthy, 24, of Fostoria, was charged with operating a vehicle while intoxicated, a Financial Responsibility Act suspension, failure to control and four counts of hit-skip Monday.

• Kashata C. Johnson, 18, of Fostoria, was charged with possession of marijuana Monday.

• Jace D. Boff, 18, of Fostoria, was charged with possession of marijuana Monday.

• A 100-block West Center Street resident reported credit card fraud Monday afternoon.

• A person in the 300 block of South Union Street reported early Tuesday morning a man was spitting in a woman’s face.

Tiffin accidents

• A woman reported Monday afternoon her daughter rode her bicycle into the back of a car at Tomb and Blair streets.

• A citation of improper lane change was issued after a two-vehicle, non-injury accident on East Perry Street Tuesday afternoon.

State Patrol

• Antonio J. Oates, 29, of Fostoria, was charged with driving under suspension Monday.

Fire

• Kansas fire responded to a car fire at CR 25 and TR 84 Monday evening. Fostoria Fire Division was on standby at its station.

• Tiffin Fire Rescue Division responded to a smoke detector activation at 600 N. River Road Tuesday morning. There was no fire, and it was unintentional.

EMS

• Tiffin Fire Rescue Division had one squad run Monday afternoon and one squad run Monday night.

• NBS EMS and fire and the Echo unit had a squad run early Tuesday morning.

• Bloomville EMS and fire and the Echo unit had a squad run Tuesday morning.
