• A 200-block Franklin Street woman reported early Wednesday morning the theft of a bag containing a few tools, work keys and car keys from a vehicle.

• A first-block Grace Street person reported Wednesday morning the theft of two bikes.

• A first-block Miami Street person reported Wednesday morning the theft of boards.

County reports

• Adam J. Collet, 34, of Carey, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia Tuesday.

• Thomas L. Rosenberger, 48, of Kansas, was charged with disorderly conduct Tuesday.

Fostoria reports

• Dustin J. Neikirk, 31, of Tiffin, was charged with retaining property Tuesday.

• A 700-block North Union Street man reported Wednesday morning damage to a vehicle.

• A 700-block West Center Street man reported Wednesday morning fraudulent use of a credit card.

• Kansas fire and Fostoria Fire Division responded to get a youth off a house roof at 10789 W. TR 41 Tuesday evening.

• Tiffin Fire Rescue Division had two squad runs Tuesday afternoon, one squad run Tuesday evening, two squad runs Wednesday morning and one squad run Wednesday afternoon. Clinton fire assisted Wednesday afternoon.

• Bascom EMS and fire and the Echo unit had a squad run Tuesday afternoon.

• North Central EMS and Green Springs fire had one squad run Tuesday evening and one squad run early Wednesday morning.

• NBS EMS and fire and the Echo unit had a squad run Wednesday morning.

• Fostoria Fire Division and Kansas fire had a squad run Wednesday morning.
