• A woman reported she left her purse in a shopping cart at Walmart, 2801 W. SR 18, and it was missing Thursday evening.

• A first-block Minerva Street man reported Friday morning a theft from his garage overnight and wire was missing.

• An employee of Shoe Sensation, 746 W. Market St., reported a theft by an employee Friday afternoon.

County reports

• Ronald M. Stevens, 26, of Republic, was charged with a Financial Responsibility Act suspension Thursday.

• Jana R. Main, 19, of Decatur, Indiana, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and speed Thursday.

• Taylor L. Erxleben,18, of Decatur, Indiana, was charged with underage Thursday.

• A 500-block East SR 18 woman reported a man was breaking items Thursday night.

Fostoria reports

• Durwin D. Perkins, 47, of Fostoria, was charged with disorderly conduct Thursday.

• People from the 400 block of North Main Street reported identity theft Thursday evening.

Fostoria accident

• Ashley N. McCartney, 21, of Fostoria, was cited with stop sign right-of-way after an accident at West Lytle and South Union streets Wednesday afternoon.

• Bascom fire and EMS and the Echo unit responded to CR 597 for a mattress on fire by railroad tracks early Friday morning.

• Tiffin Fire Rescue Division had one squad run Thursday afternoon, one squad run Thursday evening, one squad run Thursday night, one squad run Friday morning and one squad run Friday afternoon. Clinton fire assisted Thursday afternoon.

• North Central EMS and Green Springs fire had a squad run Thursday afternoon.

• Republic EMS and fire and the Echo unit had a squad run Friday morning.
