• Jinwoo Park, 31, of Fostoria, was charged with littering Thursday.

• Myeongseok Lee, 51, of Fostoria, was charged with littering Thursday.

• Ronald J. Anderson Jr., 26, of Jackson, was charged with fishing without a license Thursday.

• Eleni K. Pryor, 24, of Tiffin, was charged with littering Thursday.

• A 600-block Plaza Drive man reported a possible missing vehicle Thursday afternoon.

• A 500-block Maple Street person reported a missing gold Razor scooter Thursday evening.

• A 900-block South Poplar Street man reported a missing hot water tank Thursday evening.

• A 100-block Summit Street man reported a missing lawnmower Thursday evening.

Tiffin accident

• A citation of failure to yield private drive and juvenile offender was issued after a non-injury accident on North Washington Street Friday afternoon.

Fostoria accident

• A two-vehicle accident was reported on Findlay Street Friday morning.

Fire

• Tiffin Fire Rescue Division was dispatched and canceled enroute to 600 N. River Road Thursday afternoon.

• Tiffin Fire Rescue Division responded to a detector activation at 77 Greenfield St. Thursday afternoon. There was no fire, and it was unintentional.

EMS

• Tiffin Fire Rescue Division had one squad run Thursday evening and one squad run early Friday morning.

• Bloomville EMS and fire, the Echo unit, Republic Police Department and Seneca County Sheriff’s Office searched for a missing 2-year-old at 54 E. New Haven St. Thursday evening. The youth was found asleep in one of the bedrooms, according to a Seneca County Sheriff’s Office spokeswoman.

• North Central EMS and Green Springs fire had a squad run Friday morning.

• Bloomville EMS and fire and the Echo unit had a squad run Friday morning.

• North Central EMS had a squad run Friday afternoon.
