• A woman reported two vehicles were entered in the first-block of Ann Street Thursday evening.

• A first-block Clay Street woman reported identity theft Thursday evening.

• An employee of Walmart, 2801 W. SR 18, reported a shoplifter Thursday night.

County report

• A 100-block Sullivan Street man reported someone broke into his house and the theft of medication Friday morning.

Fostoria reports

• A 100-block East Crocker Street man reported his vehicle was entered and items were missing Friday morning.

• A 300-block West Center Street man reported his residence was burglarized and multiple items were stolen Friday afternoon.

• An employee of Kroger, 126 W. High St., reported Friday afternoon a shoplifting.

State Patrol

• Douglas J. Scholidon, 28, of Fostoria, was charged with 12-point suspension Thursday.

Fostoria accident

• A person was cited with operating a vehicle while intoxicated and assured clear distance ahead after a two-vehicle accident at Mid-Block and West Lytle Street Thursday afternoon.

Fire

• Tiffin Fire Rescue Division responded to a sprinkler activation at 85 Shaffer Park Drive Friday morning. There was no fire, and it was unintentional.

EMS

• Tiffin Fire Rescue Division had one squad run Thursday evening and two squad runs Friday morning. Clinton fire assisted Friday morning.

• North Central EMS had a squad run Thursday afternoon.

• Republic EMS and fire and the Echo unit responded to a two-vehicle, non-injury accident on North Kilbourne Street Thursday evening.

• Bascom EMS and fire and the Echo unit had two squad runs Thursday night and one squad run Friday afternoon.

• Bascom EMS and fire and the Echo unit responded to an accident at TR 120 and TR 129 Friday morning. There was no transport.

• Attica-Venice-Reed EMS, Attica-Venice-Reed fire and the Echo unit had a squad run Friday morning.
