• Ryan J. Bintz, 34, of Tiffin, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and violating traffic lanes Monday.

• A 600-block West Market Street resident reported Monday night an assault.

Fostoria reports

• Justin Johnson, 30, of Fostoria, was charged with domestic violence Monday.

• William E. King, 50, of Fostoria, was charged with a Financial Responsibility Act suspension, driving under suspension and failure to reinstate Monday.

• Kimberly A. Russo of Blacklick was charged with public nuisance Monday.

• Richard L. Balderson of Fostoria was charged with unsafe structure Monday.

• Catherine M. Reinhard of Fostoria was charged with unsafe structure Monday.

• Claude W. Funk Jr. of Fostoria was charged with unsafe structure and high weeds Monday.

• Melissa S. Chamberlin, 34, of Fostoria, was charged with criminal mischief Monday.

• A woman reported Monday evening the theft of a ring she had for sale at a garage sale in the 500 block of South Main Street.

• Assault charges were to be filed after an altercation was reported Monday night on East Fremont Street.

• A person reported Tuesday morning someone drilled the lock to a front door and drilled a large hole in the side of a building in the 200 block of West South Street.

• Damage to a building in the 400 block of Findlay Street was reported Tuesday morning.

• A 600-block South Union Street woman reported Tuesday afternoon money was missing from her residence.

• A 400-block South Poplar Street woman reported Tuesday afternoon her home was broken into, and an air conditioner, sugar glider and her husband’s raccoon were missing.

• An assault was reported in the 1000 block of Beier Drive Tuesday afternoon.

Tiffin accidents

• Edward J. Wise, 72, of Tiffin, was cited with failure to yield from a private drive or alley after an accident on Elm Avenue Friday afternoon.

• A citation of improper turn was issued after a non-injury accident on East Market Street early Tuesday morning.

• Tiffin Fire Rescue Division had one squad run Monday evening, two squad runs Monday night, one squad run Tuesday morning and one squad run Tuesday afternoon. Clinton fire assisted Tuesday morning.

• Attica-Venice-Reed EMS, Republic fire and the Echo unit had a squad run early Tuesday morning.

• Bascom EMS and fire and the Echo unit had a squad run Tuesday morning.

• North Central EMS had a squad run Tuesday afternoon.
