• Chad E. Keller, 38, of Tiffin, was charged with criminal damaging June 7.

• Jeffrey D. Carman, 27, of Tiffin, was charged with disorderly conduct June 7.

• Courtney N. Hodge, 28, of Fostoria, was charged with theft June 5 and Friday afternoon.

• Rachel A. Silva, 41, of Fremont, was charged with theft Friday evening.

• Thomas S. Gilbert, 44, of Tiffin, was charged with dog at-large Friday evening.

• A man reported Saturday morning a man in the first block of Schonhardt Street smacked a clipboard into his face.

County reports

• A 300-block Washington Street resident reported early Saturday morning a 14-year-old boy was being berated and struck by his mother.

• A person reported Saturday morning a headstone at Sandridge Cemetery in Bascom was run over.

• A person in the 11000 block of West SR 18 reported Saturday afternoon two vehicles were entered and change was taken.

Fostoria report

• Two assaults were reported by people at ProMedica Fostoria Community Hospital, 501 Van Buren St., Saturday morning.

Tiffin accidents

• A citation of failure to yield from a private drive was issued after a two-vehicle accident at Hopewell Avenue and West Market Street Saturday afternoon.

• A citation of improper lane change was issued after a two-vehicle, non-injury accident at West Market and Nelson streets Saturday afternoon.

County accident

• An accident was reported on South SR 100 early Saturday morning.

Fire

• Tiffin Fire Rescue Division responded to unauthorized burning at 65 Greely St. Friday afternoon.

• Bascom fire and EMS responded to a possible open burn at 7300 W. TR 102 Friday night. NBS was on standby.

• Tiffin Fire Rescue Division had one squad run Friday afternoon, one squad run Friday evening, one squad run early Saturday morning, two squad runs Saturday morning and one squad run Saturday afternoon.

• Bascom EMS and fire and the Echo unit had one squad run Friday afternoon and one squad run Saturday afternoon.

• Bascom EMS and the Echo unit had a squad run Friday evening.

• North Central EMS and Green Springs fire had a squad run Friday evening.

• Attica-Venice-Reed EMS, Attica-Venice-Reed fire and the Echo unit had a squad run Friday night.
