• A first-block Main Street man reported Monday night his ex-girlfriend broke the lock on his front door and smashed property on the front porch.

• A first-block Erie Street resident reported Tuesday morning a car was entered overnight.

• A first-block Ashwood Road resident reported Tuesday morning a mailbox was missing.

• A person reported a forged check Tuesday morning.

County reports

• A person from Seneca County Treasurer’s Office, 109 S. Washington St., reported a bad check Tuesday morning.

• A person reported Tuesday afternoon counterfeit money.

Fostoria report

• A person in the 400 block of South Main Street began fighting officers and sustained a head injury Monday afternoon, a report states. A person was taken by ambulance to ProMedica Fostoria Community Hospital and later was taken into custody and to the jail, it states.

Tiffin accident

• A car struck Pit Stop, 210 N. Washington St., Monday night.

County accident

• A citation of improper starting/backing was issued after an accident on East SR 18 Tuesday morning.

Fire

• Tiffin Fire Rescue Division responded to a smoke detector activation at 600 N. River Road Tuesday morning. There was no fire, and it was unintentional.

• Tiffin Fire Rescue Division responded to a fire alarm at 180 Summit St. Tuesday afternoon.

EMS

• Bloomville EMS and fire and the Echo unit had one squad run Monday afternoon and one squad run Monday evening.

• Bascom EMS and fire had two squad runs Monday evening. The Echo unit assisted once.

• Tiffin Fire Rescue Division had one squad run Monday night, one squad run early Tuesday morning, one squad run Tuesday morning and three squad runs Tuesday afternoon.

• Attica-Venice-Reed EMS, Attica-Venice-Reed fire and the Echo unit had a squad run Tuesday morning.
