• Katherine E. Brickner, 22, of Tiffin, was charged with operating a vehicle while intoxicated Monday.

• Shealynee N. Neikirk, 26, of Tiffin, was charged with operating a vehicle while intoxicated and a traffic lanes violation Monday.

• Ashley N. Messersmith, 31, of Tiffin, was charged with child endangerment Monday.

• An employee of Shoe Sensation, 746 W. Market St., reported Monday evening a customer stole a pair of shoes.

• A person in the 1000 block of West Market Street reported Tuesday morning someone wrote on a car.

• A woman reported Tuesday morning someone damaged her car in the 1000 block of West Market Street.

• Angela Weisenauer, 48, of Bloomville, was charged with failure to file tax Friday.

• Norfolk Southern Railroad was charged with five counts of blocked railroad crossing Monday.

• CSX Transportation was charged with blocked railroad crossing Monday.

• Christopher L. Collins, 34, of Tiffin, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia Monday.

• A 10000-block West SR 12 man reported Monday afternoon an ongoing neighbor issue, and when confronted with a problem, the neighbor “mooned” him.

• A person from Rose Marie’s Eats & Treats, 66 S. Marion St., reported early Tuesday morning someone had been inside the business. The register and cash were taken, and the register was thrown out back, a report states.

• Chad N. Welly, 38, of Fostoria, was charged with driving under suspension Friday.

• April N. Kimble, 46, of Fostoria, was charged with a Financial Responsibility Act suspension and speed Friday.

• Mercedes R. Rodriguez, 27, of Fostoria, was charged with a Financial Responsibility Act suspension and no child restraint Friday.

• Ronald M. Hoffbauer Jr., 33, of Fostoria, was charged with yard parking Friday.

• Larry A. Griffin, 72, of Fostoria, was charged with violating a protection order Friday.

• Shane D. Burrows, 21, of Fostoria, was charged with criminal trespass Monday.

• Travell S. Coleman, 28, of Fostoria, was charged with disorderly conduct Monday.

• A person in the 100 block of Sandusky Street reported a possible burglary Monday evening.

• An 800-block Walnut Street woman reported Monday evening three signs were stolen from her yard.

Tiffin accidents

• Carlos Aguirre, 30, of Fremont, was cited with assured clear distance ahead after an accident at South Perry and West Sandusky streets Sunday night.

• Joseph A. Edgeson, 32, of Plymouth, was cited with improper back/start after an accident at East Perry and East Market streets Tuesday morning.

• Kendrick J. Douglas, 28, of Toledo, was charged with obstructing official business and marijuana possession Friday.

• Ryan M. Curl, 27, of Columbus, was charged with operating a vehicle while intoxicated, driving under suspension, possession of drug paraphernalia and failure to turn Monday.

• Kevin M. Arbogast, 54, of Alvada, was charged with operating a vehicle while intoxicated and speed Monday.

• John A. Drymon, 34, of Findlay, was charged with operating a vehicle while intoxicated and a traffic lanes violation Monday.

Fostoria accident

• A citation was issued after an accident on West Center Street Tuesday afternoon.

• Tiffin Fire Rescue Division responded to a smoke detector activation due to malfunction at 17 Rebecca St. Monday night.

EMS

• Tiffin Fire Rescue Division had two squad runs Monday afternoon, one squad run Monday evening, one squad run Monday night, three squad runs early Tuesday morning, three squad runs Tuesday morning and one squad run Monday afternoon. Clinton fire assisted Monday afternoon.

• Bascom EMS and fire and the Echo unit had a squad run Monday afternoon.

• NBS EMS and fire were on standby Monday night.

• Bloomville EMS and fire and the Echo unit had a squad run Tuesday afternoon.

• North Central EMS had a squad run Tuesday afternoon.
