• Brooke A. Sims, 19, of Tiffin, was charged with underage possession/consumption early Sunday morning.

• Justin M. Vaughn, 27, of Tiffin, was charged with drugs-marijuana possession/abuse and drugs-marijuana paraphernalia early Sunday morning.

• Daniel I. Johnson, 20, of Tiffin, was charged with underage possession/consumption and disorderly conduct early Sunday morning.

• David M. Miller, 22, of Tiffin, was charged with domestic violence Saturday afternoon.

• A first-block Pearl Street resident reported early Sunday morning several leaf bags were opened and thrown on and around a truck.

• A person at Heritage IGA, 479 E. Market St., reported Sunday morning counterfeit $20 bills.

• A man reported Sunday afternoon he was assaulted and had his headphones stolen by two men in the first block of Ashwood Road.

• A physical altercation involving two women was reported in the 3000 block of East SR 18 Sunday afternoon.

• A 300-block West North Street woman reported early Sunday morning a man was damaging her property.

Tiffin accident

• Hudna B. Shook, 35, of Tiffin, was cited with assured clear distance ahead after an accident on South Sandusky Street Friday night.

County accident

• A citation of failure to yield was issued after a two-vehicle, non-injury accident at South CR 594 and West CR 54 Sunday afternoon.

• Tiffin Fire Rescue Division responded to arcing and shorted electrical equipment at 76 Oak St. early Sunday morning.

• Tiffin Fire Rescue Division had one squad run Saturday night, three squad runs early Sunday morning, two squad runs Sunday morning and one squad run Sunday afternoon. Sycamore fire assisted early Sunday morning, and Clinton fire assisted Sunday morning.
