• Briannah Pope, 27, of Toledo, was charged with driving under suspension Monday.

• Timothy L. Reyome Jr., 28, of Fostoria, was charged with disorderly conduct Monday.

• Andrea L. Wertz, 40, of Fostoria, was charged with theft Monday.

• David N. Larocco, 40, of Findlay, was cited with failure to control after an accident on Schonhardt Street Monday afternoon.

• John P. Dibling, 56, of Fostoria, was charged with operating a vehicle while intoxicated and an equipment violation Monday.

• Michael L. Lasky, 23, of Tiffin, was charged with operating a vehicle while intoxicated and improper pass Monday.

• Richard A. Tate, 25, of Tiffin, was charged with operating a vehicle while intoxicated, a turn signal violation and seatbelt-driver Monday.

• Steven D. Thompson, 36, of Tiffin, was charged with driving under suspension Monday.

• James P. Steyer, 68, of Tiffin, was charged with operating a vehicle while intoxicated and violating traffic lanes Monday.

• Fostoria Fire Division responded to a van on fire at 543 Lynn St. Tuesday morning.
