Ronnie L. Martinez, 42, of Fremont, was cited with loud music, operating a vehicle while intoxicated and driving under suspension Saturday evening.
An adult was charged with possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, resisting arrest and disorderly conduct Saturday night in the area of Hudson and North Sandusky streets.
Helen M. Long, 48, of Tiffin, was cited with operating a vehicle while intoxicated and speed early Sunday morning.
A man was arrested and charged with public intoxication early Sunday morning after police found him in an alley in the 100 block of East Market Street.

A 4000-block North CR 25 caller reported Saturday night mailboxes were destroyed and strewn across a yard. A separate incident of mailbox vandalism also was reported Saturday night in the same block.
