Todd J. Miles, 30, of Bloomville, was charged with possession of drug abuse instruments and theft Sunday. A caller from Tractor Supply Co., 2501 W. Market St., had reported a man took syringes and ran out the side door. A caller from Circle K, 806 W. Market St., later reported a man was in the bathroom and there were needles found inside of it.
A building in the 200 block of Jefferson Street was reported spray-painted Sunday evening. A building in the 100 block of Melmore Street and the 300 block of South Washington Street also were reported to have been spray-painted.
A first-block Boehler Street man reported Sunday night he believed his neighbor was killing his plants.
A person went to the station Monday morning to report a delivered package was stolen Saturday in the 200 block of South Washington Street.
An employee of Heidelberg Bookstore, 44 Greenfield St., reported Monday afternoon someone stole shirts. The incident was on tape, the caller said.
A man was arrested Monday afternoon after a caller reported a man in a pick-up truck in the 1700 block of West Market Street was not responding. According to the report, the man was highly intoxicated.
Arthur A. Henretty, 62, of Old Fort, was charged with disorderly conduct Friday.
Ernest F. Imes, 44, of Fostoria, was charged with domestic violence Friday.
Christopher L. Fowler, 43, of Tiffin, was charged with disorderly conduct Saturday.
A first-block Liberty Street caller reported finding drugs in a residence Sunday evening.
A woman was given a warning for disorderly conduct after a 1000-block North TR 21 man reported Sunday evening a neighbor had been threatening him.
A 12000-block West Axline Street woman reported Monday morning her ex kicked her in the stomach and took a temporary tag off of her vehicle. He then tore up the tag.
A theft of medication was reported Monday morning in the 1000 block of South SR 53.
Donna A. Glunk, 28, of Fostoria, was charged with obstruction for an incident July 7.
Branden J. Stanforth, 32, of Fostoria, was charged with disorderly conduct Thursday.
Peter F. Goldsmith, 45, of Fostoria, was charged with assault Saturday.
A 500-block Stinchcomb Drive caller reported Sunday evening a man crawled through a window at a neighboring apartment. The resident was advised of the incident, and the resident told police she did not want the man in her residence. The man was released by police.
A caller from ProMedica Fostoria Community Hospital reported Sunday night an intoxicated man was fighting with a doctor.
An employee of Circle K, 1245 N. Countyline St., reported early Monday morning a man stole alcohol.
A single-vehicle accident was reported Monday morning in the 7000 block of South SR 231. A person was transported to Mercy Tiffin Hospital.
Rebecca A. Bauer, 44, of Fostoria, was cited with operating a vehicle while intoxicated and a turn signal violation Friday.
Richard J. Kelley, 45, of Fostoria, was charged with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia Saturday. He also was cited with operating a vehicle while intoxicated, violating traffic lanes and a seatbelt violation.
Christopher S. Long, 45, of Fostoria, was cited with operating a vehicle while intoxicated and a tag violation Saturday.
