A caller reported Sunday afternoon three kids were hitting a school bus with baseball bats in the first block of Greeley Street. The juveniles were not found upon an officer’s arrival.
Samuel M. Gilbert, 25, of Tiffin, was charged with assault, unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and criminal trespass Sunday evening. A first-block North Sandusky Street man had reported Gilbert allegedly stole his wife’s vehicle.
A first-block Circular Street man reported Sunday night someone cut a hole in a window screen and moved a chair that was outside of his residence.
A person went to the station Monday morning to report a stolen and forged check.
Timothy A. Pennycuff Jr., 30, of Tiffin, was charged with failure to notify a change of address for an incident July 6.
Amber M. Means, 47, of Huron, was charged with assault Thursday.
Amanda S. Hickle, 28, of Fostoria, was charged with trespassing Friday.

Sarah R. Mason, 27, of Fostoria, was charged with criminal trespass Saturday. She also was cited with operating a vehicle while intoxicated, driving under suspension, failure to reinstate and failure to control.
Steven G. Mcfadden, 24, of Findlay, was charged with fleeing/eluding a police officer Sunday.
A 1200-block Beier Drive woman reported Sunday afternoon her residence had been broken into. A game console, controllers and a laptop were stolen.
