A first-block Hall Street man reported Tuesday morning someone put wax or soap all over his car. A 400-block South Washington Street man also reported Tuesday morning someone put a waxy substance on his vehicle.
James R. Crowley, 34, of Helena, was charged with domestic violence Monday.
A woman reported Monday evening she was shoved out of a business in the 5000 block of North CR 43.
A 12000-block West TR 112 caller reported Tuesday afternoon a vehicle had been ransacked. Nothing was taken.
A 12000-block West Axline Street man reported Tuesday afternoon a man who did not have permission was inside of his trailer while he was at work. Medication was missing, the man said.
A bad check was reported Monday afternoon at Timothy Sulken, DDS, 335 N. Main St.
A person took a small child to the police station Monday afternoon. The person said the child, who was between 3 and 4 years old and had no clothes, was found near the Center Street underpass. Children’s Services was contacted and charges were to be filed. A message was left Tuesday evening for the officer who handled the call.

A 500-block North Poplar Street woman reported Tuesday afternoon someone stole prescription medication from her residence.
A person was cited with improper start following a non-injury accident involving a motorcycle Monday night at Greenfield and Summit streets
Alexander Vogel, 21, of Tiffin, was cited with a red light violation following an accident Tuesday afternoon at Circular and Melmore streets. A passenger in the other vehicle, Ricky Eidenour, 52, of Bettsville, was transported to Mercy Tiffin Hospital.
Devan M. Carter, 23, of Bloomville, was cited with operating a vehicle while intoxicated and failure to yield right-of-way Saturday.
