A 300-block Elm Avenue man reported Saturday evening his neighbor’s dog kept going into his yard and tearing up his vegetable garden.
A 100-block Hudson Street man reported Saturday evening a package containing baby formula was stolen from his front porch.
An officer was flagged down at South Monroe and East Market streets Saturday night, and a man reported a man tore up his house.
Tracy D. Carter, 49, of Republic, was charged with disorderly conduct Saturday night.
The police department received two 911 calls from Tiffin Mall, 870 W. Market St., Sunday afternoon. The establishment was running a special for $8.99, but a man wanted the lunch special for $5.99 and was causing a disturbance.
A 2000-block South TR 159 man went to the station Saturday afternoon to report the theft of decorative plants from his residence.
A person reported Saturday night a large fight in the 200 block of North Broadway Street.
A person from Leafy Oaks Campground, 6955 N. SR 101, reported Saturday night a person was hitting golf carts. A person was taken into custody.
A 600-block Columbus Avenue man reported early Sunday morning being assaulted by his stepson.
A person reported early Sunday morning a large fight in the 300 block of Lewis Street. An ambulance took a person to ProMedica Fostoria Community Hospital, and a person was taken into custody. A person later requested an officer due to finding a butcher knife outside a residence.
A 200-block East Eagle Street man reported early Sunday morning a man tried to get into his front door.
A 100-block East Center Street man reported Sunday morning someone kicked in his door and damaged his door frame. A man was arrested for burglary.
Gregory G. Brookes, 21, of Bloomville, was cited with improper lane change/turn signal usage after an accident on South Washington Street Friday evening.
Barbara J. Sprau, 53, of Tiffin, was cited with failure to yield from a private drive or alley after an accident on West Market Street Saturday afternoon.
A citation of assured clear distance ahead was issued after an accident at East US 224 and South SR 100 Sunday morning.

Anna M. Krupp, 71, of Fostoria, was cited with failure to yield-stop sign after an accident at West Tiffin and South Union streets June 8. The other driver, Brandie C. Swartzmiller, 58, of Fostoria, was cited with expired driver’s license.
Kay A. Frenzel, 50, of Fostoria, was cited with assured clear distance ahead after an accident on West Lytle Street Wednesday afternoon.
