Michael A. Thrasher, 23, of Tiffin, was charged with 911 misuse Monday.
Juanita M. Vargas, 26, of Tiffin, was charged with assault Tuesday.
David L. Assenheimer, 50, of Tiffin, was charged with open container Tuesday. He also was cited with operating a vehicle while intoxicated and violating traffic lanes.
A 100-block Dallas Street man requested assistance Tuesday afternoon with his 12-year-old son who found handcuffs and put them on. The man did not have a key for the handcuffs. The handcuffs were removed from the juvenile.
A woman from Courtlee Interiors, 2499 W. Market St., reported Tuesday evening she caught people taking things from the back of the lot.
A woman went to the station Tuesday evening to report items were stolen from her vehicle in the first block of Ella Street Friday night.

A woman reported Wednesday morning her kids told her someone tried to get into her first-block Rebecca Street house. When the children yelled, the suspects left.

A resident of Good Shepherd Nursing Home, 725 Columbus Ave., reported Tuesday afternoon someone took money and a birthday card from her room.
A caller from Fostoria Municipal Swimming Pool, 524 River St., reported Tuesday evening a male was in a bathroom taking pictures of juveniles. A phone was seized as evidence and a person was served a trespass notice. A spokesperson from the Fostoria Police Department said the investigation is ongoing. Further details were not available.
An 800-block Walnut Street woman reported Tuesday evening her son was hit by another juvenile. Juveniles were released to a brother.
A woman reported Tuesday evening that while she was shopping at Kroger, 126 W. High St., a woman took a purse out of her cart. The store had video of the woman taking the purse. An investigation is pending.
A break-in was reported early Wednesday morning in the 100 block of East Fourth Street.
A 200-block East Culbertson Street caller reported Wednesday morning a door had been kicked in.
Anthony A. Meza, 20, Bettsville, was cited with having an ATV in the roadway following an ATV accident Tuesday afternoon in the 2000 block of West CR 61. Meza suffered minor injuries and was transported to Mercy Tiffin Hospital.
Jeffrey T. Perry, 64, of Clyde, was cited with failure to yield after a stop following an accident Wednesday morning at SR 12 and CR 592. Perry suffered minor injuries after his vehicle pulled into the intersection and struck the back wheels of a semi-truck, Seneca County Sheriff’s Office deputy Dennis Wilkinson said. Perry was transported to ProMedica Fostoria Community Hospital. The semi-truck driver was not injured.
Steven J. Kingery, 35, of Fostoria, was cited with operating a vehicle while intoxicated, a turn signal violation and a seatbelt violation Sunday.
A single-vehicle accident was reported Wednesday morning at Van Buren Street and West Ridge Drive. A power pole was struck.

on CR 61.
Kansas fire and Fostoria EMS were called to an accident Wednesday morning at SR 12 and CR 592.
Tiffin EMS had two squad runs Tuesday afternoon, one squad run Tuesday evening and one squad run Tuesday night. An ambulance also was needed once Wednesday morning.
Bettsville fire, Bascom EMS and the Echo unit had a squad run Tuesday afternoon.
