A juvenile was charged with persistent disorderly conduct Monday evening in the 200 block of South Monroe Street.
A 100-block South Monroe Street man reported Monday evening his ex was threatening to break his lightsaber. The man was charged with misuse of 911.
A gasoline drive-off was reported Monday night at Pit Stop, 321 E. Perry St.
A first-block Fairview Avenue caller reported early Tuesday morning a man was seen attempting to get into a vehicle. After the caller yelled at the man, he jumped over a fence and ran away.
A caller from Marco’s Pizza, 301 N. Main St., reported Monday afternoon possible drugs were located in one of the bathrooms. Seeds and stems were located in a toilet. The manager was to handle the matter internally.
A caller in the 600 block of North Union Street reported Monday evening adults were giving cigarettes to juveniles. A person denied the incident.
A 600-block North Union Street woman reported Tuesday morning someone tried to break into her basement.
A caller from Kohart Recycling, 636 Spruce St., reported Tuesday morning someone tried to sell items from the railroad. The incident is under investigation.
A man reported Monday evening a pressure washer and a drill were stolen from a campsite in the 7000 block of South TR 131.
Dustin C. Nusbaum, 22, of Celina, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia Monday. He also was cited with driving under suspension.
A person went to the station Tuesday morning to report an assault.
