Kandus R. Smith, 28, of Tiffin, was charged with disorderly conduct Monday.
Marsena F. Martinez, 45, of Tiffin, was charged with disorderly conduct Monday.
A vehicle break-in was reported Monday evening in the first block of Ann Street.
A caller from Circle K, 73 Melmore St., reported early Tuesday morning a man took a bottle of liquor and fled from the store. The man, who appeared to be intoxicated, fell when trying to run away from the clerk. Police were unable to locate the man.
A 200-block Hudson Street woman reported Tuesday morning her children’s bicycles were stolen over the weekend.
A first-block West TR 150 woman reported Monday evening she received a possible counterfeit $20 bill. She attempted to use it at a restaurant and they caught it. She was unsure where she got the bill.
A caller reported Tuesday morning three batteries were stolen from a water truck at Seneca County Fairgrounds.
Tyanne Showalter, 53, of Fostoria, was cited with operating a vehicle while intoxicated, OVI refusal, failure to reinstate and a seatbelt violation Monday.
Brian L. Sensabaugh, 24, of Fostoria, was charged with domestic violence Monday.
A shoplifting incident was reported at Kroger, 126 W. High St., Monday afternoon. An adult was arrested.
A 700-block Circle Drive woman reported Monday evening change was stolen from her vehicle.
A bicycle was reported stolen Monday night in the 300 block of North Countyline Street.
A 911 caller requested an ambulance Monday night for a man who fell into barbed wire and was bleeding in the 300 block of McDougal Street. The fire department advised police the incident was an assault. According to the report, a man was charged with public intoxication.
Two vehicles in the 600 block of Walnut Street were reported entered Monday night.
A residential break-in was reported Tuesday afternoon in the 500 block of Stinchcomb Drive.
AVR fire and Attica EMS were called to US 224 and TR 197 early Tuesday morning for a car fire.
