Andrew D. Ferbache, 42, of Findlay, was cited with operating a vehicle while intoxicated, OVI test refusal and violating traffic lanes Friday.

An 8000-block East TR 62 man reported Sunday afternoon a private sale had gone bad. The buyer, whom he did not know, drove through his yard and struck him. The man said he was injured and wanted to file charges. He did not request an ambulance. A mirror from a truck was left at the scene.

A caller from Fostoria Pantry, 255 W. South St., reported early Monday morning three peoples were fighting. Two males and a female told an officer males had barged into their home, brandishing a firearm. The mother of one of the males went to the location and transported her son back to the 200 block of South Union Street. Damage was found to a door at a South Union Street apartment.
