Zachary M. Seislove, 24, of Tiffin, was charged with theft Tuesday. A woman had reported her son stole a check and attempted to cash it.
A private property tree fell on a vehicle Tuesday night in the first block of West Perry Street. The tree also blocked the roadway. The street department was contacted and removed the tree.

A 2000-block North TR 111 woman reported a phone scam Wednesday morning. The woman said she received a call from a man who said he would fix her computer. She gave the man access to her computer and paid a fee.
