Kenneth E. Thompson, 27, of Columbus, was cited with operating a vehicle while intoxicated Saturday night.
A 100-block Erie Street person reported Sunday afternoon an intoxicated male asked the caller to contact police because a person had hit him. The owner of Lee’s Famous Recipe Chicken later came to the station and said an intoxicated man had asked the restaurant to call police because his wife hit him and had a shotgun. The man left his information at the restaurant. Police checked the man’s residence to make sure there were no problems.
A vehicle in the first block of Gross Street was reported entered Monday morning. Change and gift cards were taken.
Michael A. Vain, 51, and Michelle L. Rose, 24, both of Fostoria, were charged with theft Monday afternoon. Two shoplifters had been reported at Walmart, 2801 W. SR 18.
A 3000-block West CR 26 woman reported Sunday evening there were multiple four-wheelers tearing up property. The owner was to be contacted to see whether they wanted to pursue charges.
Damage was reported Monday afternoon at a cemetery in the 200 block of Maple Lane.
Meredith A. Breech, 34, of Fostoria, was charged with possession of heroin, possession of crack cocaine, possession of criminal tools and possession of drug abuse instruments Saturday afternoon. According to the police report, she was arrested following a traffic stop in the 100 block of West Clark Street.
A 400-block West Tiffin Street caller reported hearing gunshots Sunday evening. Police were unable to locate anything.
A fight was reported Sunday evening in the 800 block of Woodward Avenue. Those involved were given warnings for disorderly conduct.
A woman reported Sunday night a prescription was stolen from her purse at work in the 1100 block of North Countyline Street.
A caller reported Monday morning a hypodermic needle was found on a mulch pile in the area of State and East Lytle streets. The item was collected by police.
Joyce E. Palmer, 71, of Tiffin, was cited with improper backing following an accident Monday morning in the 200 block of Clinton Avenue.
Danielle R. Dale, 25, of Tiffin, was cited with assured clear distance ahead following an accident Monday afternoon at West Market Street and Teakwood Drive. The other driver, Hailee M. Bland, 22, of Tiffin, was transported to Mercy Tiffin Hospital by Tiffin EMS for possible injuries.
Ryan T. Lyons, 26, of Fostoria, was charged with open container for an incident March 31. He also was cited with hit-skip and failure to control.
Jacob J. Kirby, 19, of Bloomville, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana Thursday.
Seth C. Lear, 22, Harpster, was cited with failure to control following a single-vehicle rollover accident Sunday night at West CR 26 and SR 18. He was transported to Mercy Tiffin Hospital.
Tiffin firefighters were called to 366 Wentz St. Sunday evening for an unintentional alarm system activation.
