A caller from the book store at Tiffin University requested an officer Monday afternoon in reference to stolen text books. The caller said two men who stole the books were on camera.
Jacob C. Kessler, 56, of Fostoria, was cited with operating a vehicle while intoxicated, failure to control and driving under suspension Monday.
A man reported Monday evening his vehicle was vandalized while he was at work in the 1000 block of Independence Road.
A 1200-block Beier Drive man reported Monday evening he heard his neighbor’s door being kicked in. According to the report, entry had been made to the residence and an investigation is pending.
Timothy M. Roelle, 32, of Fostoria, was charged with criminal trespass Monday evening.

Brianna E. Stagnolia, 19, of Tiffin, was cited with driving under suspension following a private property accident in the 2300 block of West Market Street Monday evening
A hit-skip accident involving one vehicle was reported Monday evening at North TR 123 and West CR 38. The driver, who struck a pole and left the scene, was not believed to be injured. Further details were unavailable Tuesday evening.
