Jeremy A. Brose, 38, of Tiffin, was charged with obstructing official business early Saturday morning. He also had three warrants through Seneca County Sheriff’s Office and was held without bond.
A person in the 200 block of Jefferson Street reported Saturday evening a person moving out drove through the yard, leaving large ruts in it.
Kyle D. Holliday, 28, of Toledo, was charged with operating a vehicle while intoxicated early Sunday morning.
Timothy L. Whitman, 33, of Tiffin, was charged with operating a vehicle while intoxicated and display of plates/stickers early Sunday morning.
Johnathan W. Butler, 23, of Tiffin, was charged with operating a vehicle while intoxicated, weaving zig-zag course, following too closely and resisting arrest early Sunday morning.
A 1000-block East CR 16 resident went to the station Saturday afternoon and reported someone borrowed a utility trailer and failed to return it.
A 200-block West Center Street man went to the station Sunday afternoon and requested to speak to an officer about his home being vandalized.
Dale R. Illig, 51, of Tiffin, was cited with improper passing after an accident at South Washington and Madison streets Thursday evening.
Dema E. Watkins, 82, of Tiffin, was cited with failure to yield from a private drive or alley after an accident on West Market Street Saturday afternoon.
Kayleen M. Fretz, 70, of Tiffin, was cited with improper back/start after an accident on Fourth Avenue Sunday afternoon.

A non-injury accident at North SR 53 and TR 15 was reported Saturday night.
William J. Ferguson, 54, of Fostoria, was cited with right-of-way at a stop sign after an accident at North Union and West Fremont streets Feb. 22.
Keenan T. Aldrich, 36, of Fostoria, was cited with assured clear distance ahead after an accident at Lytle Street and Mid-Block Tuesday morning.
A person was cited with a red light violation after a non-injury accident at East Center and North Main streets Sunday afternoon. A person was arrested on an active warrant.
Kansas fire, Bettsville EMS and the Echo unit responded to a vehicle fire at 5831 W. Ash St. Sunday morning.
