A first-block Lincoln Road woman reported early Thursday morning she thought someone was in her house. Police checked the residence and were unable to locate any problems.
A cab driver reported early Thursday morning that while responding to a 400-block North Sandusky Street residence for a pick-up, three men opened their curtains, dropped their pants and shook their genitalia at him.
Randi L. Moyer, 27, of Tiffin, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana Sunday. He also was cited with a child restraint violation.
A 9000-bock West CR 6 man reported Wednesday evening he believed someone put sugar in his gas tank.
A 1000-block South TR 101 man reported early Thursday morning two people dressed in camouflage with backpacks and ski masks tried to get into his house. They then took off on foot, he said.

A woman went to the station Thursday morning to report her 16-year-old daughter ran away a week ago and was refusing to come home. The mother said she knew where the girl was staying, but no one would answer the door at the residence. Charges were to be filed, according to the report.

Two power poles were reported to have been hit Thursday morning in the 100 block of Eighth Avenue and in the area of Fourth Avenue and North Washington Street. It appeared a commercial vehicle had pulled out of an alley, knocking over a pole and causing the other to lean. AEP was contacted.
