Megan M. Brown, 22, of Fostoria, was cited with stop sign violation following an accident March 17 at Findlay and Fourth streets.
Cody L. Beard, 18, of Fostoria, was cited with assured clear distance ahead following an accident Friday at North Countyline and West Center streets. The other driver involved, Christopher J. Bolin, 58, of Michigan, was transported to the hospital with non-incapacitating injuries.
