Drug paraphernalia was located on a sidewalk Monday evening in the area of West Market and Benner streets. The items were collected and disposed by police.

A caller in the 300 block of South Washington Street reported Monday night a door was kicked in, but nothing appeared to be missing.

A first-block Minerva Street man reported Tuesday morning his cell phone was stolen.

A 300-block Circular Street caller reported Tuesday morning someone broke lawn ornaments.

An officer was requested Tuesday afternoon at North Central Academy, 928 W. Market St., for an unruly student. According to the report, an unruly juvenile charge was to be filed.

County reports

Steven E. Rau, 76, of Old Fort, was cited with operating a vehicle while intoxicated Sunday night.

An 8000-block South CR 47 man reported Monday evening someone set up an eBay account in his name.

A caller reported early Tuesday morning two people were attempting to go through vehicles in the area of Nickie Lane and Angela Drive. According to the report, it appeared two vehicles had been entered, but nothing was missing.

A woman went to the station Tuesday morning to report her bank account was hacked for $813.29 from someone in Saudi Arabia.

Fostoria reports

A residential break-in was reported Monday evening in the 700 block of South Wood Street.

A 300-block West North Street man reported Monday evening someone used his social security number to file taxes.

A 200-block East Tiffin Street man reported Monday night someone damaged his satellite dish.

A caller from Fostoria Clerk of Court’s Office, 213 S. Main St., reported Tuesday morning a person threatened to cause physical harm to the city prosecutor.

A juvenile was arrested Tuesday afternoon at Fostoria High School, 1001 Park Ave.

Courtney K. Stump, 29, of Fostoria, was cited with operating a vehicle while intoxicated and speed early Sunday morning.
