County reports

A robbery was reported early Monday morning in the 200 block of East Morgan Avenue.

A caller from Hampton Inn, 2492 S. SR 231, reported Monday morning two machines were broken into over the weekend.

A caller in the 900 block of South Morgan Avenue reported Monday morning a subject had taken tools and other objects.

Fostoria reports

A caller from the emergency room at Fostoria Community Hospital, 501 Van Buren St., reported Sunday afternoon a patient was being treated for an assault.

A person went to the station Sunday evening to report money and a debit card were stolen. An investigation was pending.

A caller from Nye’s Trailer Park reported Sunday night she sold cupboards from her trailer, and the people who bought them also took the countertops and sink.

Tiffin accidents

A caller reported Monday morning striking a mirror on a truck in the 300 block of South Monroe Street.

Republic EMS and fire and the Echo Unit made a squad run Sunday evening.

Bascom EMS, New Riegel fire and the Echo Unit made a squad run Monday morning.

Bascom EMS, Kansas fire and the Echo Unit were called on a squad run Monday morning.

Fostoria EMS made one squad run Sunday afternoon, one Monday morning and two Monday afternoon.

Fire

Bascom firefighters and EMS responded to a chimney fire Sunday afternoon. A spokesperson for the sheriff’s office said the fire was not a substantial incident.
