Suspected marijuana and a pipe were located after an officer located a wanted person Wednesday morning in the 100 block of East Crocker Street. The man was arrested on the active warrant.
A juvenile was arrested Wednesday morning at Fostoria High School, 1001 Park Ave. The report indicates the juvenile violated the Safe Schools Act.

A two-vehicle accident was reported Wednesday morning in the 4000 block of South SR 231. No transports were made from the scene.

Carla J. Mehlow, 52, of Bettsville, was cited with failure to control following a single-vehicle accident Wednesday morning in the 2000 block of North CR 11. Sgt. Angel Burgos of the State Highway Patrol said Mehlow had lost control on the roadway and struck a pole. The pole snapped in half as a result. Burgos said the accident report did not indicate that Mehlow was transported to a hospital.
