Tiffin reports

Timothy R. Kidwell, 33, of Tiffin, was cited with having no operator’s license Sunday morning.

A 100-block Second Avenue woman reported Sunday night someone broke into her house. The woman said she had not been home for two days.

A 200-block Douglas Street woman reported early Monday morning a woman came to her door and told her that her boyfriend tried to rape her. The caller said the woman may also have been thrown out into the snow.

A theft from a vehicle was reported Monday morning in the first block of Douglas Street.

A man went to the station Monday afternoon to report a $100 bill was taken from his residence.

County reports

A caller from CROSSWAEH, 3055 W. SR 100, reported Monday morning they found what appeared to be marijuana in a client’s clothing.

A woman went to the station Monday afternoon to speak to a deputy about a 40-year-old man texting her 16-year-old daughter.

Fostoria reports

A 1200-block North Point Place man reported Sunday afternoon tires on his vehicle were slashed.

A 600-block Stinchcomb Drive woman reported Sunday night her son-in-law slapped her daughter across the face. The daughter told police she was fine.

An assault was reported Sunday night in the 300 block of West Crocker Street. The victim involved refused to file a statement.

A woman reported early Monday morning she picked up her daughter in the area of West Jackson and North Countyline streets and her daughter’s ex-boyfriend punched her in the side of the head.

A 1500-block North Countyline Street man reported Monday morning someone was using his information to open accounts.


Tiffin firefighters were called to 151 Elmer St. Sunday evening for a gas leak.


Tiffin EMS had two squad runs Sunday evening and one squad run Sunday night.
